The Association Maisons de Qualité contains equal numbers of individuals representing consumers’ interests and the interests of the construction industry.

Based on a stringent Quality Charter, the Maisons de Qualité organization selects its construction firm members after 6 audits carried out by qualified experts. The organization decides whether or not to award the Maisons de Qualité quality label to the businesses in question and performs regular annual audits to monitor the situation.

1		A technical audit Building site visits.
2		A financial audit Assessment of the construction firm’s last 2 end of year results.
3		A legal audit An examination of contracts, documentation relating to planning permission and plans drawn up by the construction firm.
4		An audit of the corporate structure of the business Meetings with the company CEO and staff..
5		A thermal/energy use audit Checking on compliance with the energy use regulations in force
6		A customer satisfaction survey Telephone interviews with customers who have moved into houses finished by the construction firm over the past 12 months.
